This creates a complimentary relationship that can benefit both product manufactures and project owners or provider. Our distribution of product comes with relationship, implementation and use. We offer our experience as a testament of our belief in the product performance. We always bring value to the product with proven capacities to provide technical support to clients seeking solution in the sectors we operate. Our operating presence in North America and Latin America positions us to promote products with the other value proposition we are marketing in synergy. Each product satisfies a need or element as part of our sector offering.
Product distribution and sales is a recent addition to our business model. We will add new products to our business model, those that advance clean energy. Our intent is to bridge and, bring value and sustainability to suppliers and clients in the sector. One product with we strongly endorse, market and distribute in the Mexico and the Caribbean basin is the Tecon Gasholder.
The TECON Standard Biogas Storage System is made from high quality materials, with resistance to any weather condition. The system can efficiently operate for at least 15 years.
The system can be successfully used for any biogas utilization. This includes waste water treatment plants, agricultural and industrial plants or landfill; locations where anaerobic digestion takes place.
With the total installation cost of $150,000 we installed a membrane with capacity to store 1,180 m3of biogas at the Nanaimo Bioenergy Centre facility in Canada.
Thanks to the storage system, our electricity output increased by 28%, while daily O&M cost decreased by 33% (graphics above).
The membrane is UV-protected, fungicide treated and flame retardant. The TECON Standard Biogas Storage System is installed on a concrete foundation and consists of an outer, an inner and a bottom membrane. The actual biogas storage volume is in between the inner and the bottom membranes. The membrane can have a capacity between 10 – 5,000 m3.
